On our last sail of the season we had another sailboat recognize us. We felt like superstars!
Every year there’s always something that makes our plans more complex than they need to be. This year, we are changing our haul out location.
Today is the day we bring Foggy back home to Cobourg Marina! Weather forecast was good, warm, sunny and a little bit of wind from the South moving to the East in late afternoon.
Back to the boat to finish the bottom paint and patch up a few nicks and scratches in the gelcoat.

The final step in tucking in our CS34 sailboat in for the winter, a nice warm blanket. It took us two trips and made one discovery/mistake along the way.
This year felt much easier than last year, we now have the delusion of knowing what we are doing and we knew Wiggers would take good care of us.
It was that sad time of the year when we needed to take the boat out of the water. We left it late and were unsure what the weather would be for the sail to Wiggers for lift out.
Time for the boat to be hauled out of the water. We were nervous since this was our first time but had experts at Wiggers take great care of us!
